Get to know the Founder
Adeeb Odeh is the Founder of Build Me Up, Inc., a venture rooted in a lifelong passion for leveraging creativity, innovation, and group dynamics to foster collective growth.
Adeeb’s professional foundation combines academic rigor with extensive hands-on experience. After earning a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Community Counseling, he began his career as a Life Skills Instructor, developing therapeutic, empowering activities for adults with disabilities. This early work honed his ability to identify individual strengths and drive participation despite personal challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Adeeb integrated these skills—counseling expertise, creativity, and strength identification—into interactive training programs. He specializes in creating fun, engaging, human-centered connections that bridge divides and spur personal and professional insight through interactive activities. Adeeb is dedicated to bringing this same cohesive, supportive environment and growth mindset to empowering individuals and teams to collaboratively thrive and meet their goals.
